Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support financial operations, reporting, and analysis across our growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, analyzing variances, and helping ensure compliance with GAAP standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will support financial reporting, account analysis, reconciliations, and budgeting processes while partnering with leadership and operational teams across the organization.

Financial Reporting – Prepare, review, and analyze monthly reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts
Variance Analysis – Review divisional financial statements, analyze budget versus actual variances, and provide reporting insights
Fixed Asset Management – Maintain fixed asset records and process disposals, depreciation, and related journal entries
General Ledger Oversight – Assist with financial analysis, account reclassifications, and resolving unusual or incorrect entries
Budgeting & Forecasting – Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities across departments
Cost Allocation – Maintain accurate inter-company transactions, payroll accruals, and cost coding processes
Expense Tracking – Monitor prepaid expenses and allocate costs appropriately across reporting periods
Bank Reconciliations & Compliance – Review reconciliations, sales tax filings, commissions, accruals, and month-end close activities
Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with operational teams and leadership to support business objectives and financial decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis preferred
