Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

  • Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to identify issues

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning

  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times

  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Prior Service Technician experience preferred but not required

  • Vocational or technical training preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems

  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn new technologies, procedures, and manufacturer specifications

  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation: Pay is based on experience and certifications.
