YOUR TASKS

• Thermal simulation analysis and optimization of heat dissipation design for automotive electronic products.
  车身电子产品的热仿真分析以及散热设计的优化。
• 3D&2D design of devices, assemblies and components in compliance with customer requirements and production & cost conditions for automotive body electronic products.
  车身电子产品的3D&2D设计，满足客户的要求和生产、成本条件。
• Clarify MD requirement specification based on customer requirements and Prepare and Verify the quotation technical concept for new projects.
  根据客户要求明确MD需求规范，准备并验证新项目的报价技术方案。
• Create and validate the product 3D concept design, taking functional, materials-related, FMEA, technical production and economical aspects into account.
  创建并验证产品3D概念设计，同时考虑功能、相关材料、FMEA、技术生产和成本等方面的要求。
• Responsible for the detailed design and verification of devices, assemblies and parts, such as selection of materials and standards to be used, definition of tolerances and 2D drawings, etc.
  负责产品、组件和零件的详细设计和验证，例如选择要使用的材料和标准、定义公差和二维图纸等。
• Perform the internal & external design and DFM reviews according to Hella process, ensure to fulfill the design requirements regarding appearance, performance, mechanical properties and producibility; Responsible for the release of design data (3D, 2D drawing, BOM, Specification, etc.) in PLM system.
  按照海拉流程进行内外部设计及DFM评审，确保满足外观、性能、机械特性、可生产性等设计要求；负责设计冻结数据（3D、2D图纸、BOM、规范等）在PLM系统中的发布。
• Support DV & PV planning and tests, provide effective and systematic solutions to test failures in cooperation with Quality, taking internal, customer and legal requirements into account.
  支持DV&PV计划及测试，配合质量为失效测试提供有效、系统的解决方案，同时考虑内部、客户和法律要求。
• Regular exchange with other mechanical development centers to support a global organizational structure.
  与其他机械研发中心定期交流，支持全球组织架构。
• Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
  部门经理安排的其他工作。

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in mechanical design, heat transfer or integrated circuits.
  大学本科及其以上学历，机械设计、传热或集成电路相关专业背景。
• More than 3 years of work experience in mechanical design and thermal simulation of automotive electronic products. Plastic, Sheet metal and Diecasting part design experience and knowledge in tools is your plus.
  3年以上汽车电子产品机械设计及热仿真工作经验，有塑料、钣金、压铸件设计经验及模具知识者优先。
• Proficient in using CATIA V5 for 3D and 2D product design.
  熟练运用CATIA V5进行三维和二维产品设计。
• Proficient in using thermal simulation software such as Icepak or FloTHERM for thermal simulation analysis and heat dissipation optimization.
  熟练运用热仿真软件如Icepak或FloTHERM等进行热仿真分析及散热方案优化。
• Familiar with automotive product development process like APQP and PPAP.
  熟悉汽车产品的研发流程，如APQP和PPAP。
• Familiar with the design requirements, material selection as well as manufacturing process of plastic, sheet metal and die casting parts.
  熟悉塑胶件、钣金件、压铸件的设计要求、材料选择及制造工艺。
• Familiar with the testing items & specification of automotive electronics products, especially the test requirements related to mechanical, climatic and chemical loads.
  熟悉汽车电子产品的测试项目及规范，尤其是机械、环境和化学负荷的相关测试要求。
• Familiar with various kinds of virtual design verification methods, such as Mold Flow, FEA, FMEA, DFM etc.
  熟悉各种虚拟设计验证方法，如模流分析、有限元分析、失效模式及影响分析和制造可行性分析等。
• Familiar with mechanical design related Tooling know how (injection molding, stamping, diecasting) and Process technology (welding, plating, coating, heat-staking etc.).
  熟悉机械设计相关的模具技术（注塑，冲压，压铸）和工艺技术（焊接，电镀，涂层，热熔等）。
• Experience in BCM, especially connector design related knowledge will be your plus.
  具有车身控制器设计生产经验，特别是连接器设计相关知识者优先。
• Fluent English in both oral and writing level, excellent communication skill, capability to coordinate development activities in multi-location and work independently.
  英语流利，具有优秀的沟通技巧，能够在开发工作中与各个团队进行协调并独立完成工作。
