Responsibilities

· Know our food menu, including possible allergens with the ability to relay it to guests

· Have a thorough understanding of our beer, including core brands, new releases, and special

collaborations

· Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale

· Manage Takeout station, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and hospitality standards

· Run food and bus tables while adhering to Pinthouse Hospitality standards

· Complete opening and closing checklists, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks

· Understand and comply consistently with our rules, policies and procedures

· Handle, store and rotate all products properly

· Proactively watch for signs of intoxication in all guests and ensure safe alcohol consumption

Qualifications

· TABC & Food Handler’s Certifications

· Cicerone Level 1: Certified Beer Server

· Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
