Responsibilities:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor for UU Café oversees daily café operations to ensure a warm, efficient, and service‑focused guest experience. This role provides hands‑on leadership to servers and support staff; monitors service flow and product quality; and ensures all food safety, sanitation, and café standards are consistently met. The supervisor supports scheduling, shift coverage, and staff coaching, helping team members deliver friendly, accurate, and timely service. This position also partners closely with the Café Manager and culinary team to maintain smooth operations, uphold Canyon Ranch service standards, and support departmental goals.

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years work experience in related field is required.
1 year of restaurant supervisory experience is required.
Associates Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or related field is preferred.
To be successful in this role, excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. You will need to be proficient in all Microsoft office suite applications. Open availability is preferred.
