Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic, “Hunter Mindset” Territory Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives across  Vybond’s Specialty Tapes Business. This individual will be responsible for driving new business development while expanding relationships and opportunities with existing accounts. The ideal candidate has a hunter ethos—highly motivated, self-driven, and skilled at opening new doors and building sustainable customer relationships. Growth is a key part of this role and a driving factor for the business.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Hunt, identify, qualify, develop and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships to maximize revenue and EBITDA growth.  Key measures will be sales revenue, gross margin and pipeline. 

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Utilize CRM to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting, networking, and follow-up.

  • Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, Product Management & Technical Operations) to deliver exceptional customer experience.

  • Conduct in-person customer visits, product demos, and presentations to decision-makers at all levels.

  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.

  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses.

  • Midwest and Canada Territory.
