Job Purpose:

- The Manufacturing Tech II at PRINSCO is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety standards. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing production efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing team.



Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct quality checks and inspections on products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Document and report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a high level of competency within the team.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing manufacturing processes.
