Location: Long Beach, CA (In Office)
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Flexible | Monday- Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Pay range: $28-$30/hr. DOE

We’re an experiential marketing agency looking for a Full-Time, Temp to hire Account Coordinator to support one of our Account Managers on live programs and activations. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. As Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping bring campaigns to life by supporting day-to-day coordination, logistics, and administrative tasks across multiple projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day program execution
  • Assist with event staff coordination, scheduling, and training support
  • Help track budgets, invoices, and expenses
  • Support travel arrangements for staff and internal teams
  • Prepare logistics documents, schedule, and run-of-shows
  • Assist with inventory tracking, shipping, and asset management
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Staffing, Production, Finance)
  • Assist with special projects, research events, and compiling information as needed.
  • Maintain organized records, trackers, and project documentation


  • Handling administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly

  • Prior experience in experiential marketing, events, agency, or coordination is a plus (but not required)
