Row House is a boutique fitness concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. We are looking for relentless, yet humble individuals who are enthusiastic about helping people feel great physically & mentally! Sound like you? Then we should talk! We are looking for full and part time employees who want to advance with our fast growing organization. 


The Member Advisor will oversee execution of the sales plan as set by the General Manager.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exemplify servant leadership
  • Sell memberships
  • Book & confirm prospects
  • Greet and check-in clients
  • Ask for referrals
  • Ensure studio cleanliness
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Must be an Extrovert and take Initiative
  • Confident in generating personal sales and coaching Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
  • *Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
