We're passionate about redefining the highway experience through innovation, quality, and speed — whether that’s fueling up, grabbing a quick bite, or relaxing in a modern travel plaza.As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of construction and remodel projects from concept to completion.

Position Summary

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of new construction and remodeling projects for our travel centers, truck stops, and QSR locations. This critical role ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards, and in full alignment with LV Petroleum’s brand vision of modern, efficient, and customer-focused highway destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of new construction and renovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation.
  • Perform site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage permit applications and coordinate with local building authorities and utility providers.
  • Verify that all FF&E installations meet procurement and design requirements.
  • Identify risks proactively, resolve challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor and report project progress and key performance indicators regularly to executive leadership.
  • Travel frequently to project locations (approximately 30–40%).
