Job Description
  • Performs daily operational duties sush as tax invoice issuance and adjustment activities
  • Perform monthly accounting duties such as preparation of various transactional and financial reports
  • Compiles data in Microsoft Excel and utilize Oracle to export data for various reports.
  • Assists internal countarts such as sales, customer care, O2C, A2R in providing invoices or invoice adjustments
  • Communicates with internal and external clients in order to obtain, exchange or provide necessary information as it regards to accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the closing process for accounts receivable and verify that all invoices have been completed.
  • Researches invoice questions received from internal and external clients.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications

  • Two to five years directly related work experience. Experience in Taiwan tax invoice is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to handle tax invoicing and tax filing activities with little supervision
  • Fair in reading and writing English
  • Demonstrated skills in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures and processes
