Job Description

Couples Therapist (LCSW or LPC)

Location: Hasbrouck Heights, NJ
Schedule: 2–3 evenings per week (in-office & some virtual)

Employment Type: Part-Time 13 hours - Additional hours available if desired

We are currently seeking a fully licensed Couples Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to join our outpatient team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide couples and family therapy services

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

  • Collaborate with colleagues as needed for consultation and continuity of care

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted NJ license (LCSW or LPC required)

  • Experience providing couples therapy

  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

  • Ability to work with diverse populations

  • Availability for 2–3 in-office evenings per week

  • Bilingual preferred but not required
