We are seeking an Information & Referral Supervisor who will be responsible for assuring compliance with EOEA regulations pertaining to the Aging and Disability Resource Consortium (ADRC) and I&R programs.
What you'll do under the direction of the Program Manager:
- Supervise program staff
- Outreach activities to grow consumer base and expand program reach
- Ensure quality measures and compliance requirements, correcting any deficiency
- Lead meetings and compliance requirements, correcting any deficiency
- Lead meetings and staff development trainings
- Advise, consult, and collaborate with other OCES programs to ensure knowledge of I&R services and drive program growth
- Represent OCES at appropriate professional and community meetings as required
- Create, revise, and implement necessary program procedures
What you'll bring:
- Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- BS/BA degree in social services or related field
- SW license preferred
- AIRS certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of social services experience, preferably at least 1 year in ADRC programs
- Ability to gain/ maintain SHINE certification within six months of hire
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
