We are seeking a Systems Integration/Test Engineer to support integration, evaluation, and test execution for complex mission-driven systems. This role works across engineering teams to define, document, execute, and analyze tests; identify functional issues; improve testing effectiveness; and support government-facing test and evaluation activities.

The ideal candidate brings strong test and integration experience, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently on defined test efforts while providing clear visibility into progress, issues, and readiness in a structured, high-consequence environment.

What you'll do

  • Interact with engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
  • Identify functional problems and suggest practical resolutions.
  • Define internal quality control standards and support maintenance of reliability programs.
  • Document and analyze test cases and provide feedback and recommendations for product or design changes.
  • Ensure testing procedures comply with required industry-specific standards.
  • Contribute to improvements in overall testing and quality programs for stronger results.
  • Analyze system requirements, concepts of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
  • Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis and report status and results.
  • Provide visibility into progress and impediments.
  • Support development of government test and evaluation documentation, including Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
  • Work with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.
  • Provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas.
  • Execute test plans and procedures and confirm results of automated tests.
  • Act as a witness for demonstrations and testing events and provide feedback to government stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in test, integration, quality, or mission-driven technical environments.
  • Experience with GEOINT workflows.
  • Experience with system-of-systems testing.
  • Experience with test automation software such as JMeter, JUnit, TestComplete, or similar tools.
  • Experience defining, documenting, executing, and analyzing tests for complex technical systems.
  • Experience interpreting system requirements, concepts of operations, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to support evaluation and test planning.
  • Experience preparing test documentation, collecting and analyzing test data, and reporting status and results.
  • Experience supporting government-facing test and evaluation activities and working with other engineering or test organizations to support integrated test efforts.
  • Ability to work independently on defined test efforts and coordinate effectively across engineering and test organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government test and evaluation documentation such as Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
  • Experience improving testing standards, reliability programs, or quality processes.
  • Experience supporting demonstrations, witness testing, or customer/government-facing validation activities.
  • Experience in secure, mission-critical, defense, intelligence, or GEOINT environments.

Security Clearance/Work Location/Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • TS/SCI eligibility is generally the baseline requirement; polygraph, SAP, or other access may be preferred or required depending on program assignment.
