Job Description
The director of food service will manage food service operations at all locations. The director of food service will (1) assist with hiring and training kitchen staff, (2) ServSafe training and DHEC compliance, (3) visit store locations to monitor food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and food consistency, (4) develop guidelines for food cooked in advance and placed in warmers with a focus on minimizing waste without running out during prime meal hours, (5) work with food service vendors to improve purchasing, and (6) update menu offerings as needed.
