OVERVIEW

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual – Spanish) to join our team. This role focuses on supporting employee orientation, onboarding, and training administration across multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for the  coordination and delivery of new hire orientation, employee onboarding, and help administer training programs. You will work closely with employees, supervisors, and HR team members to ensure a positive onboarding experience and consistent implementation of people programs.

Responsibilities include supporting employee records and documentation, assisting with basic employee relations matters, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment requirements. This role requires clear communication in both English and Spanish, strong organizational skills and computer proficiency with a service-oriented approach. The HR Generalist will collaborate with HR leadership and site teams to promote a positive, inclusive, and well-organized employee experience.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Coordinate and support new hire orientation sessions, including bilingual support in English and Spanish
  • Administer onboarding processes, including paperwork, system access, and employee records
  • Provide guidance to new employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits enrollment timelines
    • Support benefits administration, invoice reconciliation, payroll, and employee leaves.
    • Partner with HR team members on employee engagement initiatives, training logistics, and compliance needs.
    • Provide day-to-day HR support by answering employee questions and routing requests.
    • Provide administrative support by preparing reports, dashboards, presentations. and other business communications.
      • Executes HR operations transactions to communicate employment status changes, leaves of absence, promotions, etc. ensuring accuracy of data in HRIS and payroll.
      • Maintain employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements
      • Respond to employee questions related to onboarding, training, and general HR processes
      • Support basic employee relations matters by escalating issues as appropriate to HR leadership
      • Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement efforts as assigned


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field required.
  • At least three (3) years of Human Resources experience with competencies supporting HR operations and administration.
  • An appropriate combination of education and experience equivalency may be considered.

    • The ability to effectively communicate in the English language. This includes the ability to understand the spoken and written word as well as speak in English.

      • Proficiency in window based operating systems/networks.
      • Strong ability/proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
      • Competency and experience in HRIS systems.
