Activities Director for Memory Care

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Activities Director to lead programming for our memory care residents. This position plays a vital role in creating a stimulating and enjoyable environment for residents by coordinating and leading a variety of activities that support their cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic, and have a genuine passion for working with seniors, especially those with memory impairments.

Job is business hours Tuesday through Saturday with MOD weekend every 5th weekend (comp day provided when working MOD weekend)

As the Activities Director, you are responsible for leading and managing activities for the memory care residents. 

Minimum Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill or ability required.

  • Able to pass a background screening, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Outgoing, energetic and passion for helping seniors
  • Computer knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Experience with memory care specific activities and residents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Salary position $41,600-$43,000 annually

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
