Job Description:

  • Collaborate with customers, field engineers, and internal specialists to resolve technical issues and support design wins efficiently. 

  • Support FPGA and soft IP debugging using Altera design tools (e.g. Quartus, Embedded Design Tools, Debug Toolkit). 

  • Develop and maintain design examples using Altera FPGA, ARM-based SoC FPGA, and soft IPs to highlight product features.  

  • Develop technical documentation including device handbook, user guides, tutorials, and application notes for Altera FPGA features. 

  • Validate Altera FPGA features and software on development board as part of product rollout activities. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Software or Computer Engineering. 

  • Foundational experience in C programming, scripting, embedded system design, or RTL coding (e.g. Verilog or VHDL). 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.  

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
