Summary

T2S Solutions (T2S, LLC) is seeking a motivated Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Intern to support various technical departments, gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge projects within their field of study. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges, while developing technical skills and contributing to key projects that drive innovation in the organization.

Responsibilities
Project Support & Technical Assistance

• Assist with engineering, data analysis, and technical projects within the organization
• Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and contribute to the development of technical reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Support ongoing departmental projects and technical initiatives through analysis, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions and drive project goals forward

Skills Development & Applied Learning

• Gain hands-on experience in fields such as engineering, data science, computer programming, or other STEM disciplines
• Apply technical concepts learned in your academic studies to real-world scenarios

Innovation & Process Improvement

• Contribute innovative ideas to streamline processes, improve systems, or develop new technological solutions
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify creative solutions for complex technical challenges
• Provide feedback on technical projects and offer suggestions for continuous improvement

Team Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate effectively with engineers, researchers, and technical staff to ensure successful project execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared technical objectives and deadlines
• Engage in professional development and ask for guidance to further expand your technical knowledge

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance
• Strong academic performance in relevant courses
• Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools
• Excellent communication skills / the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to innovative technical projects

Compensation

• This role pays $20/hr.
