Jetsetter Kids Club is a modern indoor play space and enrichment destination for children and families. We’re looking for a Customer Service Lead who is polished, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while remaining hands-on and team-oriented. This role requires availability for a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per month. Applicants should submit their available days with their application.

Schedule & Commitment

  • 25–35 hours per week
  • Weekend availability required

Who You Are

You’re a warm, articulate people-person who enjoys problem-solving and helping families feel taken care of. You’re organized, presentable, quick on your feet, and calm under pressure. You lead by example and are comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Experience with children’s play spaces, family entertainment venues, hospitality, events, or front-of-house roles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in customers with professionalism and warmth
  • Ensure all waivers are signed and customer information is up to date
  • Process payments, credits, cancellations, and booking changes accurately
  • Sell and book birthday parties, memberships, and programs
  • Answer questions confidently in person, by phone, and via email
  • Manage front desk flow during busy open play and party times
  • Troubleshoot customer issues calmly and efficiently
  • Step in as needed to support the floor team, including:

    • Monitoring the main play space
    • Assisting with cleaning and resets
    • Helping host birthday parties
Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues professionally
  • Strong communication skills (clear, patient, articulate)
  • Comfortable with sales and discussing pricing and packages
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Over 21 years old
  • Healthy, fit, and able to stay on your feet during shifts
  • Live within 10 miles of Lindenhurst, NY 11757
  • Have your own car or reliable transportation
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and systems
Technology Experience

  • Booking platforms / POS systems
  • Google Docs & Google Sheets
  • Canva
  • AI tools or chatbots (or willingness to learn)
