Job Description

Brand & PR Advisor

a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } As the Brand & PR Advisor, you will lead the development and execution of BRP China’s brand strategy, strengthening our market presence and ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints. In this key role, you will drive high‑impact PR, storytelling, and communication initiatives that elevate brand authority and support strategic business growth.

 YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

Brand Strategy: 

Build an annual marketing plan supporting the China strategic priorities, align with the Branding objectives as well as the sales and profitability targets 30%

·        Upgrade the BRP China brand strategy and GTM plan.

·        Define the key Marketing strategic direction based on strong rational and facts: market, business objectives and Global consistency

·        Develop, maintain, and enforce the Brand Book, visual identity system, and tone of voice guidelines.

·        Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, PR, digital, social, and partnership communications.

·        Act as the internal brand gatekeeper, reviewing and approving all major external-facing materials.

·        Establish clear measurable objectives and KPIs:

·        Align marketing plan KPIs with the ones defined in the China strategic priorities

Public Relations & Communications 40%

·        Develop and execute annual PR strategies, themes, and communication calendars. Identify the most suitable BRP media/KOL/Co-branding partner’s pool.

·         Build and manage good relationships with key media, industry publications, journalists, key opinion leaders and co-branding partners.

·        Lead earned media planning, press releases, media briefings, interviews, and product or campaign launches. 

·        Negotiate cooperation rights and responsibilities of each party, deploy media/KOL/co-branding online and offline campaigns, ensure KPI achievement

·        Oversee media monitoring, public sentiment analysis, and reputation management.

·        Prepare and manage crisis communication plans and lead rapid response when required.

Content & Storytelling 30%

·        Drive brand storytelling initiatives, including corporate narratives, campaign stories, and executive communications.

·        Develop thought leadership content to enhance brand authority within the industry.

·        Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand content production and effective communication.

·        Partner with Sales, Product, HR, Customer Service teams and dealers to ensure aligned messaging.

·        Support product launches, key campaigns, and business initiatives with strategic brand and PR input.

·        Provide brand training and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure unified brand expression.

Measurement & Business Impact

·        Define and track brand and PR KPIs, including brand awareness, earned media value, sentiment, and share of voice.

·        Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of brand and PR initiatives and provide actionable insights.

·        Translate brand impact into measurable business contributions, including lead influence and brand-driven demand.

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing related major;

·        Minimum 5+ years working experience. Specialising in Branding & PR

·        A great team player and relationship builder can build rapport with people at all levels. Excellent English communication skills and relationship management skills.
