Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced office, lettings properties in Cheltenham, Gloucester and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for:

Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Property Manager -

  • Experience in property would be an advantage but is not essential, we are looking for someone who wants to accelerate their career

  • Demonstrable Administration experience

  • Proven experience working within a team

  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience

  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)

General Roles & Responsibilities

  • Company meetings

  • Attend and be involved in company meetings.

  • Attend and partake in Department Meetings (Both weekly & Monthly)

  • Ensure companywide standards, processes and procedures are upheld.

  • Maintain the Staff standards for appearance, attitudes, and behaviours

  • Ensure you achieve/exceed your personal and company targets

  • Follow and partake in training and development

  • Perform to a high standard in all aspects of your work

  • Accountability for your managed portfolio & ensure processes followed

  • Following company processes from start to finish.

  • Compliance checking/ensuring legalities & company processes are correctly adhered to.

Salary £23,000-£28,000 Per Annum DOE

Monday-Friday 8.30 - 17.30
