Job Summary:??????

Monitor, assist and direct the fixed route and paratransit operators, along with road conditions and hazards

Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise the work of all street operators, Fixed and Paratransit.

Survey the city?s street systems to determine maintenance needs.

Conduct field inspections to ensure work is completed in an efficient and timely manner

Responds to citizen inquiries and complaints.

Responds to accident and road calls in a timely manner

Train, develop, and evaluate personnel.

Generates monthly performance reports for Transportation Manager.

Develops and enforces safety regulations and policies under the direction of the Deputy Transportation Manager.

Assist with evaluation, disciplinary, and termination matters of assigned personnel.

Supervise all in-service personnel to ensure good communication throughout Operations.
