Duties
You will maintain management oversight and is accountable for all shop store and truck stock inventories in accordance with established regulations and procedures.,You will perform physical inventories, physical location audits, wall-to-wall inventories and re-warehousing.,You will be responsible for daily oversight and management of the NAVFAC Shop Store and warehouse to ensure the shop stores and warehouse are organized, work is accomplished safely and efficiently, and customers are assisted promptly.,You will process requisitions to purchase material, supplies and equipment from the General Services Administration (GSA) Fourth Party Logistic (4PL) Store etc. by reviewing PRs, creating and approving POs, and receipting POs in the system of record.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management and inventory accuracy policies and procedures to maintain and control and accountability of all material received, issued, stored and disposed and improve inventory record accuracy and auditability; 2) Knowledge of supply system operations and procedures, the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP) and material and equipment used in Public Works facilities, utilities and transportation services; 3) Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical tools, use of automated information systems and in written and oral communication.
