PURPOSE: To deliver high-quality neurocognitive assessment services during designated surge (travel) periods at initial military training sites, ensuring stringent adherence to all testing protocols and maintaining the utmost accuracy and consistency in test administration. This service is vital for accurately evaluating the cognitive health of military personnel in a timely and efficient manner, supporting overall readiness and long-term wellness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Proctor a battery of tests identified by the Department of Defense (DoD) in a high-volume environment. The current test approved by the DoD is the Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM).
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot neurocognitive testing equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all test results and patient data in accordance with HIPAA and PII guidelines as identified by the DoD.
- Maintain a quiet atmosphere appropriate to testing environments.
- Prepare testing and administration mobile lab prior to administration date (set up of equipment).
- Inventory equipment prior to each Surge Mission and after mission complete.
- Coordinate with IMT-NCAT Project Manager to participate in training and certifications to maintain testing proficiency.
- Coordinate with IMT-NCAT Project Manager to keep up to date on all schedules pertaining to Surge testing around the world.
- Coordinate and cultivate relationships with local IMT site point of contacts to ensure smooth operation of testing activities at the local IMT site.
- Understand and demonstrate proper Start of Day and End of Day Procedures for NCAT Testing.
- Understand and demonstrate proper briefing techniques for NCAT Testing.
- Understand and demonstrate common remedies to frequently asked questions regarding the ANAM.
- Rapidly address, report and remedy any issues with testing systems to ensure minimum disruption to the testing schedule.
- Identify clinical referrals in accordance with local IMT-NCAT operating procedures.
- Travel may be required up to 90% of any given month.
- Coordinate with the IMT- Logistics Specialist for shipment of equipment, ensuring that shipping to and from mission location is accurate.
- Maintain assigned surge POD (mobile lab) contents and inventory post surge.
- Upload ANAM results daily during surge activities.
- Approve timesheet weekly.
- Reconcile Credit Card after each surge mission.
- Submit surge AAR (After Action review) no later than three days post surge.
- Perform additional duties as required by the IMT-NCAT Project Manager.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to walk around the testing room, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility and the ability to handle materials weighing up to 95 pounds and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, and similar machines.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Usual office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quieter than a typical office due to minimal distractions for testing. Infrequent evening hours, weekends and holidays may be necessary for some testing. Frequent traveling will be required (up to 90%). When setting up and tearing down an administration site working conditions will vary.
