Job Description

Inside Sales (B2B Lead Generator / Appointment Setter)
Office, Hybrid, or Remote Options
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Earn up to $50,000 base + uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers
  • Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team

Multi-Channel Outreach

  • Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
  • Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
  • Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound activity
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
  • Experience in facility services or a related industry is a plus
