Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: 

As a Production College Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the creation of impactful and memorable experiences within our church community! Whether your passion lies in lighting design, sound design, stage production, video broadcasting, or all of the above, we'll provide you with a well-rounded experience; tailoring your tasks to match Christ Fellowship’s current needs as well as your skills.

The Christ Fellowship College Internship Program is dedicated to developing students for future ministry roles. Within our program, college interns have the invaluable opportunity to learn from experienced leaders in a supportive team environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. College interns are empowered to shape their futures and effect positive change for those they serve, all while gaining practical ministry skills. The College Internship Program consists of up to 25 hours of work per week and runs from August 17, 2026 to August 6, 2027.

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Are enrolled in full-time college classes
  • Have completed at least their Sophomore year of college (60 credit hours) and are at least one year removed from High School
  • Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Believe they have a vocational call of ministry on their lives

You will be required to: 

  • Continue your education with enrollment in a minimum of twelve college credit hours per semester
  • Be in good academic standing and maintain a semester GPA of 3.0 or higher

You will be challenged by:

  • Developing your leadership skills and taking your God-given talent to the next level
  • Accomplishing tasks and developing ideas to help strengthen different areas of ministry
  • Working collaboratively with volunteers and staff members
  • Expanding your developmental and logistical knowledge of leadership and operations 
  • Meeting with a supervisor directing your professional development
  • Being evaluated and coached quarterly

Intern selection will be determined by:

  • Needs of the ministry
  • Enrollment status
  • Team chemistry as demonstrated by the active role held in a particular area of ministry
  • Reliability and commitment shown through previous interactions with supervisors and staff
  • Desired future ministry goals

JOB SPECS: 

Classification: Part-time, Hourly (Non-Exempt) up to 25 hours per week.
