At Remitee, we are looking for an Operational Support Analyst to join our Payments Operations team.
What will your responsibilities be?
Provide direct support to our clients by resolving assigned cases
Extract and manipulate information from different databases
Identify operational deviations and carry out the necessary actions to resolve them
Interact with other areas to ensure resolution of assigned cases
Analyze available data to improve operational indicators and monitoring dashboards

What are we looking for?
Problem-solving skills
Availability to work night shifts
Advanced knowledge of ticket management tools (Jira)
Interpersonal skills and teamwork
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI
Experience in B2B customer support (fintech is a plus)
Occasional rotating shifts on holidays
