Position Title: Theater and Program Director  

Overview: Camp Akiba is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and organized Theater and Program Director to lead our performing arts program during Summer 2026. The Theater Director’s role is to make sure campers have an amazing time on stage and behind the scenes while learning new skills, building friendships, and creating lasting memories. At Akiba, theater is about fun, confidence, and community — not Broadway perfection.

In addition, this roll will also include facilitating and organizing Evening Programs and Special Events.  This may include gathering materials, MC-ing and leading the activities, setting up areas, designating jobs and communicating the plans to the respective people. We’re looking for someone who is excited to be part of Camp Akiba and grow with us for many summers to come.
