Our Business Law Group is internationally recognized for its depth of experience and knowledge advising a diverse group of domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, complex reorganizations and other corporate and commercial matters.

We offer a dynamic and positive work environment, in which the successful candidate will work on a variety of interesting and challenging transactions and on general commercial matters. Due to our national approach, the candidate will be called to work with lawyers from the firm’s other offices. Applicants must be members of the Québec Bar and must have between two and fours years of corporate commercial work and related company transactions experience, along with strong professional and academic credentials. In addition, good interpersonal skills, the ability to respond to multiple requests and the willingness to work in a team are required qualities.
