Role Summary:


As a Sales Executive for Venezuela, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving growth for assigned accounts across various regions. This exciting role sits within our Sales team and offers the opportunity to directly impact business priorities by managing key distributors and guiding a dedicated sales force. You will use your leadership and strategic expertise to transform daily challenges into innovative business solutions, ensuring the long-term success of our brands in the territory. The single most important objective of this role is to maximize sales performance and ensure perfect execution of the 5Ps across all channels.


Responsibilities:




  • Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve financial metrics, sales objectives, and market share growth.




  • Manage and strengthen strategic relationships between the company and its customers, serving as the primary point of contact for business development and negotiations.




  • Directly oversee the performance of four distributors and their assigned Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and operational excellence.




  • Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and guarantee accurate 5Ps execution at the point of sale.




  • Drive distribution and coverage objectives within the Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to increase brand presence and consumer reach.




Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree completed.




  • At least 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing positions. 




  • Demonstrated experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company with a clear understanding of market dynamics.




  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.




  • Valid driver’s license




  • Owns a reliable vehicle for daily business travel across the assigned territory. 




Location Requirement: Must be currently based in (or willing to relocate to) one of our strategic hubs: Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, Puerto La Cruz, Puerto Ordaz, Mérida, or Anzoátegui. 


Preferred Qualifications:




  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills, including the ability to manage portfolios and investments effectively.




  • Transferable technical skills in data analytics that can be applied to optimize territory performance.




  • Intermediate-advanced English level 




  • Proficient in SAP, BI, ITT, and Nielsen systems.
