| Responsibilities |
| Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver individual technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with broader program and organizational goals. |
| Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective and clear communication between project teams and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for keeping all parties informed and aligned on project progress, risks, and opportunities. |
| Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and monitor potential project risks and issues. You will be responsible for developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution and smooth project progression. |
| Tool & Data Management: Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage project data, track progress, and support data-driven decision-making. You will also develop and maintain essential project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and post-mortems. |
| Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet established quality standards and adhere to PMO governance processes. |

Requirements
| Minimum Requirements |
| Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors. |
| Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. |
| Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. |
| Knowledge: A basic understanding of system architecture, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies. |
| Adaptability: Proven ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment. |
| Preferred Requirements |
| Experience in the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment. |
| Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Agile teams. |
| Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. |
