We are looking for experienced .NET Developers to join a greenfield transformation project in the corporate banking sector. The team is building a modern, high-performance system from scratch using .NET 6/8, Kafka, and microservices, integrating with multiple enterprise platforms and delivering long-term impact for thousands of users.
Responsibilities:
- Development: Build scalable backend features in .NET 6/8 and microservices-based architecture
- Integration: Implement and integrate REST/SOAP services and event-driven systems with Kafka
- Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders on requirements and design
- Quality: Contribute to testing, deployment, optimisation, and system performance
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in .NET development
- Strong skills in .NET 6/8, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Entity Framework
- Experience with Kafka and distributed/microservices architecture
- Understanding of enterprise system integration and APIs
- Polish fluency; English at B2 working level
Nice to have:
- Experience in banking/financial systems or other enterprise-scale projects
- Background in secure systems or mobile banking
- Familiarity with DDD, event storming, or user story mapping
- Agile/SCRUM team experience
