Job Description

Be a part of a revolutionary change.

At PMI, we’re committed to transforming our business and shaping a smoke-free future. Change brings opportunity, and we empower our people to embrace it—finding new ways to innovate, grow, and redefine what’s possible.

By joining our Commercial Team as a Sales Executive (Internal title: LAMP Executive) based in Taichung, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, driving our brand’s visibility and success in dynamic night-time trade channels.

Your ‘day to day’:

As a LAMP Executive, you’ll be the face of PMI in Taiwan’s vibrant night trade scene—building strong relationships with customers, executing impactful promotional activities, and ensuring our products shine in every targeted outlet.

  • Channel Strategy Execution:
Implement and optimize coverage plans for night trade channels (bars, restaurants, night markets, convenience stores). Analyze territory potential to ensure optimal reach and propose improvements.
  • Sales & Promotion:
Secure agreements with targeted outlets and execute promotional activities. Ensure product visibility and compliance with company standards.
  • Customer & Staff Engagement:
Build and strengthen relationships with outlet owners and staff. Conduct training sessions to support new product launches and drive engagement.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Collect and analyze competitor activities, consumer trends, and sales performance. Prepare timely reports on sales and market insights.
  • Event & Resource Management:
Support night-time promotional events to enhance brand exposure. Manage allocated budgets effectively.

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in night trade channels (bars, restaurants, bistros, night markets)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex situations.
  • Proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for entry-level roles focused on executing assigned tasks under close supervision.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Holder of a valid Taiwan driver’s license.
  • Night shift working hours are required
