Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with building relationships with physicians, physical therapists, and clinic staff within pain management, rehabilitation, and related healthcare settings.
  • Conduct introductory product education and demonstrations for clinic staff under the guidance of a Territory Manager or District Sales Leader.
  • Support provider offices with the completion and submission of patient orders and required documentation.
  • Serve as a resource to clinic staff by helping answer questions related to product usage, order submission, and next steps in the patient process.
  • Assist in identifying new provider opportunities and potential referral sources within the territory.
  • Help maintain demo equipment and inventory used within clinics and provider offices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including patient support, intake, and billing to help resolve documentation or processing questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, territory activity, and account information.
  • Participate in ride-alongs, territory planning sessions, and ongoing training to develop sales and clinical expertise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the District Sales Leader.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experiences strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new information in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business technologies.
  • Ability to develop foundational product and clinical knowledge related to electrotherapy solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel regularly within an assigned geographic region.

 

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience considered.
