We are seeking a polished, service-driven Front Desk Concierge to serve as the first impression of our luxury medical spa. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a high-end, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience. The Aesthetic Care Concierge will seamlessly blend administrative excellence with elevated hospitality, ensuring every patient interaction reflects the sophistication and standards of our brand. 



Responsibilities: 





  • Greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and a refined, welcoming presence  







  • Deliver a white-glove, concierge-style experience from check-in through departure  







  • Anticipate patient needs and ensure a seamless, comfortable visit  







  • Maintain a calm, polished demeanor in a fast-paced, high-touch environment 







  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails and text messages in a timely manner 







  • Provide information about services and products 







  • Manage and optimize provider schedules for surgical procedures and consultations  







  • Coordinate appointments with attention to timing, treatment preparation, and provider preferences  







  • Confirm appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling with professionalism and efficiency 







  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for patients regarding services, providers, and offerings  







  • Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage loyalty and retention  







  • Handle phone, text, and email communication with a polished and articulate tone 







  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within EMR systems  







  • Process payments, financing options, and product purchases with discretion and accuracy  







  • Ensure front desk presentation is immaculate, organized, and reflective of a luxury environment 







  • Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain strict patient confidentiality  







  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
