Role Summary
The Lead Developer is responsible for end‑to‑end design, development, and technical leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. This role drives scalable solution design, leads development teams, ensures adherence to best practices, and collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality CRM capabilities.


Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Architecture
  • Lead design discussions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring solutions align with Salesforce platform best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and architecture designs.
  • Define scalable data models, security models, sharing rules, and governor limit–safe designs.
  • Drive integrations using REST, SOAP, JWT, and API-led patterns.
2. Development Leadership
  • Lead the development of Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, future methods, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
  • Guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, enforce quality, and mentor team members.
  • Build & optimize Service Cloud Console, Omni‑Channel routing, case management workflows, and automation.
  • Apex, Visualforce, lightning aura, API integration (REST, GraphQL), triggers- Mandatory

  • Typical SF cloud architecture, prior working exp is mandatory 

3. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Functional Expertise
  • Configure Sales Cloud features — leads, opportunities, forecasting, quoting, products, price books, role hierarchy, CPQ interactions.
  • Configure Service Cloud features — cases, entitlements, SLAs, knowledge base, service console customization.
  • Design customer support flows (Omni‑Channel, escalation rules, queue-based assignment).
4. Testing, Deployment & Governance
  • Own technical deliverables for releases—unit tests, UAT support, defect triage, deployment readiness.
  • Work with DevOps tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure adherence to org-wide standards in security, data quality, and compliance.
