Your Responsibilities

  • Support a dynamic commercial litigation team through all phases of legal proceedings, from initial filings through trial
  • Draft and review legal documents for commercial transactions and business formations
  • Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and writing on a wide variety of commercial matters
  • Build meaningful client relationships by delivering clear, practical, and strategic legal advice
  • Collaborate with talented teammates on business development initiatives to grow client accounts
  • Help craft winning litigation strategies and advise clients on compliance and governance issues

Required Education & Experience

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar License, in good standing (required)
  • Experience in commercial transactions or commercial litigation preferred
  • Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a genuine passion for commercial litigation, transactions, and corporate advisory
  • Familiarity with legal automation tools for case management and document drafting a plus
