Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Coordinating the work of the logistics team (production planners, procurement specialists)
Setting priorities in a highly volatile and time-pressured environment
Implementing and improving work standards, instructions and logistics procedures
Close cooperation with the production, quality, purchasing, warehouse and process engineering departments
Reducing logistics costs
Supporting the balancing of production capacity, materials and logistics resources
Supervising the training of new employees in the area of contact with suppliers
Solving logistics problems and implementing corrective measures
Controlling stock levels in accordance with the set objective
If you have/are:
Experience in team management
Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry
Knowledge of English sufficient for fluent communication
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to process and analyze data
Knowledge of the SAP system
Skills: analytical thinking, ability to work under time pressure, delegating tasks
Good work organization
Knowledge of German will be an additional advantage
