Job Description:

Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products with BiCMOS /DMOS technologies. Products focus on AC-DC/Lighting Application.

Products: PFC converter/ Isolated DC-DC converter/ HV buck/ LDO/ LED driver

Essential Functions:

  • Works on analog/mixed-signal power management IC design, circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level, simulation, layout supervision
  • Participates in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release
  • SIMPLIS for behavior model
  • Assists ATE development with Design-For-Test methods

Qualifications:

  • PhD / MSEE with 3 + years of Semiconductor and/or Analog circuit design experience.
  • Experience with DC/DC converter or AC/DC converter design
  • Basic understanding on the working principle of common ACDC converters, such as PFC, LLC, Flyback, Buck, LED driver
  • Experience with high voltage process and product design
  • Experience with mixed-signal design
  • Good verbal and written skills.
