Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Armed Security Officer for an evening assignment in Denver. The role focuses on maintaining a steady on-site presence, completing patrols, and supporting overall safety during active evening hours.
This position is well suited for someone who stays alert, uses sound judgment, and can handle responsibilities independently while maintaining a professional approach with others.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible armed presence across the assigned location
• Conduct routine patrols and check site conditions
• Observe surroundings and respond to unusual activity or safety concerns
• Enforce site rules and manage access according to post orders
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch, or emergency personnel
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately
• Follow company policies, site procedures, and legal requirements
   

Minimum Qualifications

• Must meet Colorado requirements for armed security personnel
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Firearm Endorsement
• Denver Guard Card preferred or ability to obtain
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to remain alert and professional during evening hours
• Reliable attendance and consistent work performance
   

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in armed security roles
• Experience working in active or high-traffic environments
• Familiarity with patrol procedures and report writing
