Job
Responsibilities Include

• Providing
  assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on
  individual resident needs.
• Interacting
  daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.
• Report resident
  needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.

• High school diploma or general
  education degree (GED).
• Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions
  and maintain simple records.
• Current State CNA
  certification preferred. Or Home Health Aide.
