Overview
Prismecs is seeking experienced Field Operators / Maintenance Technicians to support operations and maintenance of mobile power generation units (TM2500/LM series) at a project site in Memphis, TN.
? Only candidates currently based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship will be considered.
This is a hands-on role responsible for inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure reliable and safe plant operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily operational rounds and equipment inspections
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot gas turbines, pumps, and auxiliary systems
• Support repairs, replacements, and system checks
• Monitor equipment condition and report abnormalities
• Coordinate with Control Room Panelist and Shift Supervisor
• Support shift handovers and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Requirements
Required:
• 5–10 years of power plant or turbine experience
• Hands-on experience with TM2500 / LM2500 / LM6000 turbines
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Experience performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance
• Ability to work in shift-based, on-site environments
Preferred:
• Experience in mobile or temporary power plants
• GE or OEM turbine experience
• U.S.-based project experience
