Units: Rehab, Memory Care, Ventilator, Neurobehavioral, Long Term Care
Status: Full Time | Part Time | Weekend Contract (Full Time)
Shift: Days | Evenings | Nights
Compensation: $26/hr.-$40/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
- Supervise and direct daily tasks of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- One year of nursing experience preferred; one year of nursing experience required for Weekend Contract
