  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and related documents.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes with Talent Acquisition.
  • Ensure accurate and complete employee records.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance.
  • Liaise with payroll partners, vendors, and Finance for timely payroll.
  • Orient and onboard new joiners, maintaining employee data and HRIS records.
  • Support Welfare Committee activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide HRBP support, including performance management.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and manage related budgets.
  • Own and manage internal communications, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resource generalist area.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-initiative, positive mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
  • Experience in office administration and facilities management.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • A passion for people and culture, with a commitment to driving a positive employee experience.
