Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the building and surrounding grounds
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and attractive environment
• Assist with landscaping duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in building and grounds maintenance preferred
• Ability to work Monday to Friday in 8-hour shifts
