- Provide
general help desk support; monitor internal and external help desk ticketing
and closeout, maintain help desk log, oversee issuance of log on credentials
and SIPR tokens to users across all systems (NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS). - Provide
24/7/365 IT support. - Maintains
IAT Level II Certification and continuing education requirements. - Oversee
Information Assurance certificate renewal. - Supports
all JNWC Continuity of Operations (COOP) IT needs. - Performs
routine inspection of IT equipment and classified processing areas. - Supports
all J6 planning and resource allocation efforts and provide recommendations for
technology improvements. - Oversees
IT procurement requests and processes. - Provides training and necessary instruction material
for hardware and software applications.
Requirements
- High
School Diploma & Information Assurance Technician Level (IAT)Level II
Certified - Must have one of the following IAT Level II
Certifications: CompTIA CySA+/CompTIA Security+/EC-Council CN - 7 Yrs Experience in Classified & Non-Classified IT
Support - Top Secret/SCI is required
