The Associate Art Director is responsible for the development and execution of visual concepts across campaigns and brand initiatives. Working closely with agency teams, this role will help translate strategic ideas into compelling creative, ensuring consistency across digital, social, print, and integrated channels.
In a part-time capacity (20-25 hours per week), this role balances hands-on design work with concept development, contributing to brainstorming sessions, refining layouts, and maintaining brand standards while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Support the development of creative concepts across integrated campaigns, including digital, social, print, and experiential
- Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into compelling visual concepts and systems
- Execute high-quality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Assist Art and Creative Directors in concepting, mood boards, and visual storytelling
- Own smaller projects from concept through final production with minimal oversight
- Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables and touchpoints
- Prepare files for production and work with vendors or developers as needed
- Present work internally and occasionally to clients, clearly articulating design decisions
- Translate team and client feedback into clear solutions that resolve creative issues and concerns
