Salary Info
$52,500 to $105,000. We take all years of service. $12,000 on Health and Welfare. Home to school mileage reimbursement (one-way) is provided by Oak Run School District. Potential Lead Teacher with a $5,000 to $10,000 stipend.

Oak Run Elementary School, located just 20 minutes from Redding, California, is a small rural TK–8 public school located in the close-knit community of Oak Run in eastern Shasta County. Serving a student population of fewer than 20 students, the school provides a personalized learning environment where students receive individualized attention and strong support from staff and the community. The school emphasizes academic growth, character development, and community involvement while maintaining a safe, family-oriented atmosphere. Opportunities for additional leadership roles:
The Lead Teacher position provides instructional leadership and support to staff while helping coordinate academic programs, student interventions, and schoolwide initiatives. In a small rural school setting, the Lead Teacher serves as a key support to the administration by assisting with curriculum implementation, mentoring staff, facilitating communication, and helping oversee daily school operations when needed. To recognize the additional leadership responsibilities and time commitment associated with this role, the District provides an annual stipend ranging from $5,000 to $10,000, depending on assigned duties, experience, and available funding.
