CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and implement care plans as directed

• Assist with medication administration, including tracking and reporting medication usage

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

• Utilize effective communication skills to ensure seamless care transitions and collaboration with healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed
